I have been having a better nights sleep since I started putting the Sleep patches on about half an hour before going to bed. I will be ordering more.

Worked well for the first few nights and then I think my body used to them so now I’m taking a 10mg melatonin pill and the patch and that seems to work.

Hit and miss

I've been using these for a week now and when they work, they work very well.
