Love that the patches really work...and the addition of melatonin is so beneficial.

I have never been a great sleeper. I have been using the Sleep Patches for a week now and I am getting more sleep. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Due to a couple of very traumatic events, I had stopped sleeping at night , at all , for 5 weeks. The only sleep I was getting was between 5am -8am.
The first two nights, I only used 1 patch and I still didn't get to sleep. Then I read on the pkt, multiple patches can be used.
Now I am sleeping most nights again , and my quality of life is alot better! Thankyou !

It works well much better than low dose melatonin tablets and has good vitamins and stuff that helps too

I’m not one to leave reviews normally but I am so delighted with the results after two weeks. I am finally able to go to sleep within minutes, not hours. The best bit is that I stay asleep for a full night and if I do wake, I can settle really quickly back to sleep. I’m dreaming and I haven’t done that in years.

I've never been a great sleeper so have tried so many products. I'm on my second month of the Sleep Well patches and I believe my sleep has gotten better. I'm sleeping through and if I do happen to wake up, can get back to sleep. I've never tried patches but I think I'm a convert now. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I have been using this product for one week. I can say that it seems working because I could sleep straight till the morning. Only one night I woke up at 4am, but it might be a case.
I recommend this product as it does not make you feel drowsy and works well.

I have been sleeping so well since using these patches. I've tried other brands of sleep patches and they're nowhere near as good as these ones. I highly recommend the rise & shine sleep patches.

I was cynical about these patches, but having used an entire pack during the last year, I can attest to their effectiveness. If I've had a few drinks, a hangover always follows. These patches are not a magic cure, but they dramatically reduce recovery time, reducing nausea and allowing me to eat properly, combined with electrolytes and paracetamol I can shake off most hangovers in short order rather than being incapacitated for most of the day.

I think the patches work well, I don't get a massive boost or anything but just notice I am, most times, feeling more up to getting some things done later in the day, when I couldn't before. I'm using a couple along with a couple of the focus
