I’m finally sleeping well again

I must admit after trying many things over a number of years I’d almost given up on ever sleeping well again. However I’ve been using the patches for a couple of weeks now and I’m finally sleeping for longer, and more importantly I actually manage to go back to sleep if I wake up during the night. I work rotating night and day shifts and have had sleeping for many years, getting to sleep and staying asleep,i didn't get these patches for everyday use and when on shifts.Ive only tried them twice so far,i think the first time they worked ok and the second time there wasn't any difference in my usual sleeping pattern, it's really to soon to comment but iam going to persist and hopefully they will make a big difference for me.
