Being post menopausal and still sleeping terribly, I have tried everything under the sun to be able to sleep.

I stumbled across these and after researching the ingredients, decided to give them a go.

In all honesty, I can say I am sleeping better. When I do wake, I am able to go back to sleep easily, whereas before I would be wide awake for hours.

Love these patches, they really do help me get a better nights sleep!

Sleep has never come easy to me and when my normal purchase of Melatonin was stopped (unable to purchase it online any more), I turned to Rise&Shine sleep patches. Im sooo happy with these patches! Ive tried so many sleep supplements and nothing was working very well. These patches help help me fall asleep and wake up less during the night. As a woman going through menopause, im getting way more sleep and getting back to sleep easier, which makes for a happier mum in the morning. My kids are glad I got these too! Haha

Only a week on patches, seems to be working, sleep duration on average has increased.

I have never been a great sleeper. I have been using the Sleep Patches for a week now and I am getting more sleep. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Due to a couple of very traumatic events, I had stopped sleeping at night , at all , for 5 weeks. The only sleep I was getting was between 5am -8am.
The first two nights, I only used 1 patch and I still didn't get to sleep. Then I read on the pkt, multiple patches can be used.
Now I am sleeping most nights again , and my quality of life is alot better! Thankyou !

It works well much better than low dose melatonin tablets and has good vitamins and stuff that helps too

I’m not one to leave reviews normally but I am so delighted with the results after two weeks. I am finally able to go to sleep within minutes, not hours. The best bit is that I stay asleep for a full night and if I do wake, I can settle really quickly back to sleep. I’m dreaming and I haven’t done that in years.

I've never been a great sleeper so have tried so many products. I'm on my second month of the Sleep Well patches and I believe my sleep has gotten better. I'm sleeping through and if I do happen to wake up, can get back to sleep. I've never tried patches but I think I'm a convert now. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I have been using this product for one week. I can say that it seems working because I could sleep straight till the morning. Only one night I woke up at 4am, but it might be a case.
I recommend this product as it does not make you feel drowsy and works well.
