I was cynical about these patches, but having used an entire pack during the last year, I can attest to their effectiveness. If I've had a few drinks, a hangover always follows. These patches are not a magic cure, but they dramatically reduce recovery time, reducing nausea and allowing me to eat properly, combined with electrolytes and paracetamol I can shake off most hangovers in short order rather than being incapacitated for most of the day.

I think the patches work well, I don't get a massive boost or anything but just notice I am, most times, feeling more up to getting some things done later in the day, when I couldn't before. I'm using a couple along with a couple of the focus

These patches are true to form. Attaching them just before bed helps me fall asleep and get a much better quality sleep.

I’ve been using these patches for two months & I just ordered another 3 months, they give me a peaceful sleep, especially as I have a melatonin deficiency.

I always forget to take my vitamins not anymore I just pop a patch on in the morning when I get dressed for work and I love how it’s a gradual effect over 8 hours I have noticed I no longer need an afternoon nap! Can’t wait to try the other patches!

I work 11 & 1/2hr night shifts, since starting the patches I find easier to get through my shifts.

I was really impressed when I slept for 7hrs straight without waking up!

After many years of sleep deprivation, both in falling asleep and getting back to sleep if I wake, these patches are working so well!! I've tried magnesium sprays, compounded melatonin capsules, chamomile tea, yoga, lavender etc with no success, but these patches work for me, and so quickly! I feel drowsy and relaxed within half hour of applying, and definitely feel my sleep is deeper and better quality. Though I still wake during the night, it is much easier to nod back off, thank you!!!

Using these patches gives me the multivitamins I need and bypasses my sensitive digestive system. Great idea.
